When it comes to your biggest investment, I feel that I can never do too much to help you find the perfect house.  I will take the extra time to pre-qualify you, familiarize you with the area and educate you on financing.  I will expand your options by tapping my network of real estate professionals and locals to find out about any homes that may fit your needs but are not currently being advertised on the NWMLS.  Once you find the perfect home, I will do a Comparative Market Analysis to help you determine the price you plan to offer; further, I will explain the real estate contract in detail and help you create an offer that protects your best interests.  I will utilize my negotiation skills and experience to guide you through the process of counter-offers.  Once you have an accepted offer, I will keep track of all the deadlines of your contract arranging inspection appointments and making sure your lender has all the information they need.
